Winter Art Markets at Sun King 2024: Juried Submissions Open!

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: OCTOBER 4, 2024


Winter Art Markets return for 2024 to Sun King Small-Batch Brewery in Fishers. Juried submissions can be made by clicking here. (Applications are CLOSED.) Winter Art Markets focus on handmade, giftable items for the holidays. Homemade food vendors are permitted if Fishers Health Department requirements are followed and certain permits are obtained. Each artist will be provided either 6' or 8' table based on preference and availability. Additional tables CANNOT be brought in due to space restrictions. There are three (3) events and each event is limited to eight (8) artists. The markets are on the second floor and elevator access is available. Space provided is only the table and the area behind it. This is NOT a 10' x 10' booth space. This event is in partnership with The Yard at Fishers District and Sun King and is held during their Holiday Open Houses focused on meeting Santa.


REMINDER: all artists and artisans must submit a TABLE PHOTO along with images of the work they wish to sell at their booth. All items must be handmade, no resale items permitted. If you have questions/need clarification, please contact us.


WINTER ART MARKETS JURIED SUBMISSION DEADLINE: OCTOBER 4 @ 3PM

Location: Sun King Fishers, 2nd Floor, 9713 District N Dr, Suite 1220, Fishers

Load In: Begins at 4:30pm

Event: 6:00pm-9:00pm

Load Out: 9:00pm-10:00pm

Booth Fee: $30


There is NO application fee. Vendors pay their booth fee AFTER they are notified of acceptance into the market. Only contact Fishers Arts Council directly for questions about this event. We do not employ outside event managers.


Who can submit: Arts, Crafts, Homemade Goods creators 21 years and older

No resale items, all work must be original to the creator

Prints of artists' original work are permitted

Priority given to Fishers Residents, if necessary


What is Required/Additional Information

  • All vendors must supply their own display materials and be able to process your own sales.

  • Electricity is NOT AVAILABLE. Wifi is available.

  • Vendors will need send their items up in an elevator or carry them up one flight of stairs.

  • Each artist will provided with a table and two chairs.

  • Artist must keep their work within their provided space.

  • Pop up banners are permitted, as long as it inside the artist's provided space


In the event you need to cancel your participation after paying your booth fee, we will refund fifty percent (50%) of your booth fee if your written notice of cancellation is received by the Fishers Arts Council at info@fishersartscouncil.org on or before Friday, November 1, 2024.
