DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: MAY 1, 2022

Fishers Arts Council will be offering three art fairs in 2022, the second of which is the Car + Art Show - part of the Spark!Fishers celebration. Artists may submit their work for consideration to any fair, though each submission must be done individually. Submissions can be made by clicking here: fishersartscouncil.org/submit-your-work


June 23: CAR + ART SHOW SUBMISSION DEADLINE: MAY 1, 2022 AT 3PM

Location: Central Green, in front of Fishers City Hall, 1 Municipal Drive, Fishers

Load In: Exact time TBD (possibly from 3pm-4:30pm)

Event: 6:00pm-9:00pm

Load Out: 9:00pm-10:00pm

Booth Fee for Artist Vendors: $10

There is NO application fee. Vendors pay their booth fee AFTER they are notified of acceptance into the fair.


Who can submit: Arts, Crafts, Homemade Goods

Highly recommend for arts/crafts that reflect classic and muscle cars


What is Required/Additional Information

  • All vendors must supply their own tent/canopy (any color). Umbrellas are not permitted. All canopies must have 40 lb. weight per leg due to winds. No staking into city property. (FAC recommends water softener salt bags.)

  • All vendors must supply their own table/display materials and be able to process your own sales.

  • Electricity is NOT available. Wifi is NOT available.

  • Vendors will be able to drive up nearby their booth space to unload, but must park elsewhere after load-in. Details will be provided upon acceptance.

In the event you need to cancel your participation after paying your booth fee, we will refund fifty percent (50%) of your booth fee if your written notice of cancellation is received by the Fishers Arts Council at info@fishersartscouncil.org on or before Friday, June 3, 2022.
